At CrossFit Stride, we run our sessions in a group setting, which last an hour, and include warm up, skill, WOD (workout of the day), and cool down. WOD is generally a short (usually less than 20 minutes) individual or team workout which works your entire body. It consists of gymnastic/body weight exercises such as jumping, rope climb, burpees; weight lifting exercises such as squats, clean and jerk, kettle bell training, tyre flips; and other cardiovascular exercises such as running and skipping. All the members will receive personalized coaching and nutrition counseling by CrossFit HQ, US certified trainers.
