The patients who suffer from Joint hypermobility syndrome can easily move and extend the joints beyond the normal range of motion of that particular joint. General exercises like simple movements can be performed for getting relief from the problem but it is suggested that not to go for any stretching exercises as it may create trouble for the muscles. People with joint hypermobilty often suffers with spinal pain, this is due to the force that acts upon it while trying to keep the muscles stable. Few selected exercises can be followed in this situation but you should consult a physiotherapist before trying anything new.
Undergoing gentle weight training is suggested and as it can be helpful in securing the spine and other joints. These exercises are helpful in setting up the joint right and prevent the excessive joint movements. Choosing a good physiotherapist can be the best solution for this problem as in this situation the patients need to work on several aspects that can help them maintaining their muscle strength.
